【什么是質控品】
1. 質控品的來源:
質控品的來源同校準品大致相同,廠商可能會更具自己的要求添加了很多物質,此時有些物質的添加量常常達到病理狀態的高濃度,在應用于某一項目時,對這個項目來說基質效應將更大。
2. 定值方法:
有些廠商會給自己的標準品定一個定值范圍,這個定值范圍是由廠商聯合幾家使用同樣檢測系統的臨床用戶,僅多次測定得出的均值。此時如果將該質控品應用于另一個檢測系統,由于方法學的不同,可能得出同廠商給出值有較大差異的值。此時不能認為該檢測系統的準確度不佳。此時需要強調的是檢測系統都是用來測定新鮮血清的,不是用來測定質控品或其他物質的。檢測系統只有在檢測新鮮血清是得出的結果才具有溯源性。不同檢測系統之間只有在檢測新鮮血清時才具可比性。
