檢驗原理麻疹病毒診斷試劑盒(核酸檢測法)
用抗原包被微量板孔,制成固相載體。加患者血清到板孔中,其所含的抗體特異性地與固相載體中現存抗原結合,形成免疫復合物。除去多余物質后,加入結合了堿性磷酸酶的IgG、IgA或IgM抗體,使之與上述免疫復合物反應。洗板,除去多余的結合物,加入底物(對硝基苯磷酸鹽)。其與酶結合的免疫復合物反應,產生有顏色產物,顏色強度與特異性抗體含量成正比。
